Hello! My name is Ben Shin and I am the host of the AAIM High Podcast. I am currently a high school junior at Phillips Academy Andover. As you may know, the AAIM High podcast focuses on having meaningful conversations with Asian American executives in the business field and learning about their journeys, challenges, and successes.

I started the AAIM High Podcast because I know I want to pursue something in business when I’m older—though I’m still figuring out exactly what that may look like. I believe one of the best ways to learn is by talking to experts in a field you’re passionate about. That’s why I decided to interview people who are not only Asian American, like myself, but also leaders in the business world. Their experiences offer invaluable lessons about grit, passion, and finding one’s path. I hope these lessons inspire and resonate with listeners just as they have with me.

By sharing the stories of successful Asian American executives, I hope to inspire the next generation of Asian American business leaders. I hope you enjoy the podcast!
